Combat Vehicles (Land) for IR that aren't tanks?
Combat Vehicles (Land) for IR that aren't tanks?
I've seen the Bradley, and I know that, until recently, there was a kit to convert the Taigen M14 for IR combat. There's a Staghound conversion kit floating around (Vandra, I think? I'm still trying to keep the names of all these companies straight?) Are there any other non-tank vehicles (APCS, Trucks, Armored Cars, Self-Propelled Artillery) etc. out there that have been designed for that purpose?

I have a rocket truck, it does have lights in each rocket that flash for firing, never thought of it but it would be possible, though I don’t remember the source of the files
It’s your tank it’s what you make it

Is there a guide somewhere perhaps that would teach me what’s necessary to build in terms of mechanical parts and electronics?

WPL RC do lorrys, as kits, complete with basic electronics. Which are a good starting point. There are some very good conversions on this site. If you invest, go for the full metal kit, as the plastic fails too readily. As I found to my cost.

It’s the late war rocket truck based around the lend lease international harvester. I forget its designation

Close;) Katushya. Very, very easy mistake to make. And not late war. The first saw service in 1941, and the Reds experimented with similar concepts during the Russian Civil War. The initial examples were built on Zis trucks.HERMAN BIX wrote: ↑Sun Dec 03, 2023 7:13 pmExhibitedbrute wrote: ↑Sun Dec 03, 2023 11:53 am It’s the late war rocket truck based around the lend lease international harvester.
