I'll preface this by pointing out that I am NOT using the Haya parts that have recently come out. I started the CAD work on this a while ago with several potential variants in mind, all of which would be easier to do from scratch with my own CAD models rather than try to modify Haya's parts.
So, Step 1: Take a perfectly good Haya Centurion and attack it with a Dremel...
Step 2: Print out a new engine deck. For those who care, I used ABS for the base, and resin for the grills and top cover.
Step 3: Glue in place and wait for it to set:

Great start. Have you decided which version of the Sho't Kal to create (Alef, Beth, Gimel, Dalet) ?
Re: 1/16 IDF Sho't Kal
The AFV club kit I have as a reference claims to be 1973 vintage, which would make it an Alef, but I might do something later if I take leave of my senses and attempt all of the blazer add ons...
Leaving it as a 1973 model would allow me to pair it up with my M51, as and when that gets finished, so there is that.
