Its the postage thats killing this,is he not prepared to send a bulk order out as groupage on a container and we can sort out the distribution ourselves?

Rik I cant fault you for trying, but I was expecting the tanks to come in at about £350 with shipping, as it would have been a bulk order, so as they say on Dragons den, sorry I am out

looking at those prices for shipping 17 tanks costing a grand to ship hows that

I'm sorry, but me too. Thank you very much for trying though, your efforts on everybodys behalf are very much appreciated. Guess I'll just have to wait for the elusive T55 for my next build after all.

The big unknown is H.M.customs I bought something for $25 and got slapped with charges of almost £12 which was when it was $2 to the pound.It doubled the price.The only way to see if its posible to get them direct from Tamiya and do it legal buy direct and cut out the middle man .But then there agents will be P***ed.

has any one thought about askig a uk retailer for a deal ?? say antice .. howes of oxford ?? i am sure that a uk retailer would look hard at the price if we wanted between 10 and 20 units !
