Hello new to ur forum
Hi my first time being in one of these lol. Im from canada and hv been into rc tanks since my first one i bought in 2013 and it was a HengLong M4 Sherman but alast it is disembled and in my storage closet may its little tank soul be at rest lol. I was plannin on changing the old thing into a tank recovery vehicle m32 but the electronics are wore out and the remote is out of date not to mention its gear box is a little wore out aswell lol. BUt over the last 3 years i hve purchased three more henglong rc tanks two 6.0s which are a tiger1 and a T34/85 and a Henglong 7.0 KV-1 just recently. I have airbrushed and weathered and battle damaged my Tiger and T-34 but havent done any of that to my KV-1 yet since I just aquired it recently but plan to in the future. Here are some of pics of my tiger and t34 hopefully u will like them lol;

Welcome to the forum and what a great, jump right in. I like your paint and weathering work. Hand lettering is an art form I do not pretend to have.
I've an older PZ3 that has some ancient electronics. I've priced individual components to up grade and found I can buy an entire tank (think spare parts) for less.

Well, you are off to a great start! Thank you for such a fine introduction with photos, too. Being a 'Murrican from some south and much east of you (Wisconsin), I am sorry about the Sherman's having gone the sad way of most WWII Shermans. As Ecam suggests, you have a parts Sherman.
Perhaps you could consider a Taigen Sherman, for while contemporary Taigen tank MFUs do not control speed as flexibly as do HengLong's 7.0 versions, the Taigen (same as Torro) sound is still much better and the tanks are generally more durable.

Tru i do hv a kv1 i just bought just hvnt painted or named it but is commin soon and soon as i hv it done i will upload pics just wish i cld find some commanders for the t34 and kv1 plannin on buyin a kv2 sometime in the future. I mite buy another sherman just so i can build the m32 i wanted to build wit my old one. my tiger has the metal tracks, gear box and drive and tension wheels, my t34 has metal gear box and road wheels, and the kv 1 has metal tracks, road wheels and drive sprocket and tensioner wheels as for the gear box unknown since i hvnt tore it down for the painting process yet tht is wen i will find out if the gear box is metal or plastic.These are a couple of pics of wat my kv1 looks like as of right now,the last pic is of wat colors i piced to airbrush onto it just hvnt figured out my camo im goin to an which of these colors i will use out of the 7 of them lol. i like the sound of the words u used MrChef "We've had ghost tanks before why not a tank from Hades and some Norse mythology." i guess my little batallion is a ghost division lol, and thankyou for the praise of the wethering and hand lettering Herr Dr. Professor I think it comes from my scale modelling i hv done in the past and present. I wish there was a rc tank club where i live lol. Happy tanking fellow rc tankers and like the wolf packs of the sea of wwii may any tanker games u play be a success to u all. oh and i appoligize for the mess of leather keychains and wristbands in behind the btls of paint but they are from leather work i hv done lately lol think i mite hv to clean of my work bench b4 i do anymore photos using my work bench lol

I find the Vallejo Model Air paints to be great for airbrushing, quite similar to Tamiya quality. Have you any sources of information on WWII Soviet Russian camouflage schemes?
