Getting a wee bit fed up. The drive sprockets and suspension are coming loose. This is on the Challenger, Abrams, and now the T72 has started doing it. Has any one encountered this before, and how did you solve it?
My initial thoughts were thread lock, but on thinking things through, over a pint, I may try spring/star washers on the drive sprockets and thread lock on the suspension screws.
Anyone else’s thoughts on an alternative solution would be appreciated.

Re: Wheels and Suspension
For sprockets I use a lock washer and you could use blue locktite. If you are using plastic lower hulls, you would need to ensure that the screws going into the plastic are more solid. I have repaired loose plastic holes by using styrene rods and some Tamiya thin. Same concept of a loose hole in wood. Fill the hole with some styrene parts, drop in some styrene glue, and then reinsert the suspension arm screw.

Re: Wheels and Suspension
I use PVA glue on my wheel screws. Less aggressive to get out when you need than actual Loctite, and won’t tear out the plastic or metal thread either.
