Sorry, this is the negligence of our colleagues. In fact, it has been sent to you. I believe you have received it.
I have received a tracking number only which doesn't show as received by the shipping company yet? I have NOT received the item, I'm still waiting for the tracking information to go live.

i think before suggesting that your customer has received it, you would have at least checked they have rather than assumed and posting publicly. This surely would have been better to do privately over messaging.
Are you in fact representing Hooben, maybe some other members on here will know.
If you are representing as the business, maybe also get a business account
I have to say for your first post on this forum, you haven't exactly inspired any confidence.

Fingers crossed your customer gets a better level of service from you going forward and we are eagerly awaiting them to receive the model so they can start their journey with it.

I am sorry to have often read about and once personally experienced dissatisfaction and frustration with Hooben Hobby products. Perhaps Hooben could to do an clear and full introduction at (viewforum.php?f=3). This could be a fine opportunity for Hooben to attend to hobbyists' responses regarding Hooben products, make improvements, and thereby repair relations. I know that I could be excited to buy some Hooben RC tanks if I could do so with confidence in the quality.
