Imex is a U.S. toy distributor that imports and distributes Taigen Tanks. Here are some fun links I found. Here is the Taigen division listed on Imex site. According to their site they started the Taigen part/relationship in late 2012. Note Nothing in stock on this old part of the site likely before they had the Taigen Tank site- https://www.imex-model.com/category/87/ ... gures.html
And this one is fun an old Taigen/Torro Catalog-

Re: Interesting Old Imex/Taigen Links I found
Such an interesting time in RC armour as Taigen was clearly trying to take it up a notch and get closer to Tamiya, and offer people something more sophisticated and less toy-like than Heng Long. And then I hit the page with the Pantiger...
Silly Taigen, but I guess it was one more model in their squadron of offerings.

Erik from Taigen used to interact with the community quite a bit, but unfortunately he no longer works for Taigen. We don't seem to get any new information out of them anymore.
Just as an FYI for those that don't know, don't use the IMEX site for Taigen parts. Use https://www.taigentanks.com/. The IMEX site isn't current, but the Taigen site is.

I did not know that Eric was not longer working for Taigen. Too bad: he was a most helpful gentleman. It seems to me that in the past two years, the US Taigen tank folks have not been stocking up as well as the various German sellers. Am I wrong?
