Taigen/Torro tanks

Post by TIGER RAMPAGE »

Has anyone heard any news or even rumors that Taigen/Torro will be releasing any new tank offerings? It’s been over 4 years since they released their JS-2 and longer than that since the version 3 electronics where released. At least with some of the other manufacturers we do hear rumors of possible releases but nothing from Taige/Torro.

Not a peep, Tiger Rampage... I had been wondering, too. Is your count greater than 22 now? :P I just plain lost count, and it's better that I don't even try. :/

Perhaps they are trying to keep up with the demand for their present portfolio, The M16 is rereleased every few years and is quickly snapped up,
The quite recently redesigned Taigen PZ4 Turret is pretty much the definitive and hopefully will be followed by a redesigned PZ4 Body to match it,
They do seem to have an eye on amphibious Military vehicles so perhaps a DUKW is in the pipeline.
Here's hoping.
Well that should be the beginning of a few rumours.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

Yes I’ve seen those I’m just hoping for some new tanks that haven’t been already produced.

There are at least options for the HVSS Sherman but agree I’d love to see some more WWII British tanks.

I'm 3D printing a Comet right now. All the tracks, most of the hull, and most of the turret are printed so far, but I ran out of PETG.

Torro focused on minor improvements like servo recoil and barrel smoke and their small wheeled vehicles.

KY Model's main interest is & always will be RC ship models, not tanks. Their owner told me 4 years ago he would follow the 1/16 Schwimmwagon with a larger scale & its been nothing but crickets since. Don't get your hopes up.
