IBU 2 connection information
Hi I am new to modding HL/Taigen tanks. I have an IBU2 full option board that I would like to control my (very) hybrid HL/Taigen Tiger 1 airsoft tank. The problem I have is that I don't know the pinout details (on the IBU 2 board ) for the HL turret connection and which two pins to connect the airsoft switch to. I have also modified the barrel elevation with a servo. Is there anyone that can help with this information please.
Re: IBU 2 connection information
Heel Martin,
please see http://www.ibu-electronics.com/doc/ibu3 ... ndum_1.pdf
elevation servo: is the 3-pin connector at the top
airsoft connection: the most bottom-left connector

Re: IBU 2 connection information
Hi thanks for the reply. The information I am looking for relates to the IBU2 not the IBU3. I am looking for the pin details of the HL turret socket on the IBU2 board as well as the pins to connect the airsoft switch. I already have the info for the elevation servo ( I think ).

Re: IBU 2 connection information
Hi everyone there does not appear to be pinout details in any of the IBU2 manuals. Their tech support did not even bother to reply when I asked them for the information. Still I hope someone has the information and is willing to share it.
Re: IBU 2 connection information
Well. I think you should be more specific. IBU has made several boards IBU2, IBU2 ultimate, IBU3......Best you can do here, is make a picture and post it here so that one can identify what board you have. On the other hand you can test it your self by connecting a servo on the row of 3 pin connector on your circuit board. The connection that reacts on your elevation stick is the elevation servo.
