Sherman color

Hello, having started, the thing I hate the most about my Sherman? the paint, here a first coat of Olive Drab color from Valejo, (Valejo spray paint) I find it a bit green? and I admit I don't know what to do? for improved, knowing that I have neither aero nor compressor? I therefore appeal to your knowledge, and opinions, ideas, etc. Thanks in advance

I have to tell you I despair with Olive Drab as well as German Army Field Gray and German Army Desert Yellow/Sand,
I like to use Humbrol paint, This comes in Rattle cans and Tinlets,
You would think that the colour in the rattle can and the tinlet would be the same,
HUH,
No they are not.
My best advice, If you start with a rattle can stay with it and if you start with a Tinlet stay with it,
In other words either spray or Brush but avoid mixing the two.

Olive Drab "real" shade is an endless pit "Real" wartime Olive Drab was a mix of black and yellow ohre. In result it should be more brownish. But modellers tend to paint it more greenish which is proper more in case British SCC No. 15 Olive Drab.

But Vallejo spray is not bad to be honest. Tamiya rattle can OD is even more green.

A fair way back Tom Hugill wisely pointed out that the colour of a full size Tank has no bearing on the particular shade of paint on a 1/16 model.
Using the same shade on both the real tank and the model will not produce the same visual effect.

thank you very much for your answers and help. Is it true that during the day (sun) and at night (fluorescent lighting) it seems darker? my question is how to age it? I've scoured the net (videos in English?) and other sites, but haven't really found any solutions, so I'll leave it this way for now, to avoid nonsense. Again thanks to you .
