The M4 Sherman would be good as many modellers around the world would be able to use it and lots of options for converting

If the M4A1 with the cast hull and small cast turret really happen, it might provide an upper half for many who have heretofore needed to convert or print. The cast/cast combination being my favorite, I would probably need two, one for RC and one for static. Now let me see here, the A1 had the Ford engine... unh, the Chrysler multi-bank... unh... I wish I could remember after all these years... Oh, well, get out one of the Sherman books.
