I was just browsing the site and was like WTF? How much cooler is the M103 than the M60?

Takom is also releasing the Ontos in 1/16 scale soon...sassgrunt wrote: ↑Tue Jan 31, 2023 6:41 pm When I was about 8 or 9 years old, my family was in a vehicle going across the Marine Corps base at Camp Pendleton. My father had to stop the car for a few minutes at a tank crossing, and I was able to stand outside the car as three M-103's rumbled across the road right in front of me. I know I was pretty small at the time, but those things were positively HUGE! It made an impression that has never left me. I joined the Marines in 1971 hoping to be a tanker, but by that time they had already been phased out of service, (as well as the M50 Ontos, which was my second love). I'm glad to see that someone is making it, although I don't think it will ever be in my price range.
