Has the British BATUS Camouflage been used in combat

Has the British BATUS Camouflage been used in combat

This is a question that's been on my mind since I'm going to start a Challenger 1 build soon.
The main question I want to know is: has the Batus camouflage been used on the Chally 1 in a theatre of war such as Early desert storm or the Balkans wars?
But also has it been used on other vehicles in combat for reference purposes?
