Hi guys and girls,

I'm Smokey (aka Shane) from Australia, an old guy looking to get back into RC tanks.

I've had a few in the past, just the cheaper ones, but I'd really love to use my newly acquired TIG welding skills to build a larger scale hull.

I have no idea about running gear that would cope with the weight, but I'm here to learn, so teach me please

"I'd really love to use my newly acquired TIG welding skills to build a larger scale hull." Now that's impressive! Your ideas, questions, photos, are all most welcome. Do let us know what you might want to build, for there are many here on RCTW who build "larger scale," from the common 1/16 to even some as large as 1/6 (or larger?).
