Sherman and the Jeep are welcome, Tiger not so much.

I think they would have a lot of customers if they put some effort in more allied tanks.
In progress:
M4A1(75)
M4A1(76)W HVSS
M4A2 Fisher
M4A1(75)

Tamiya, oop henglong, deficient, taigen still has turret in wrong place, mato not accurate and a pain to alter, wsn flimsy, aeromate out of reach of most.
It's actually slim pickings on the static tiger front. At least this ones the really early ones with the twin drum filters

I would have hoped that someone would by now go the whole way with a Tiger 1 Early and apart from the twin drum filters and the flat gunners binocular sight as well as the drivers binocular sight, reverse the tow cables, remove the escape hatch and fit the second pistol port in it's place and remove the round mufflers and substitute them for the rectangular covers and just to push my luck have the PZ111/4 turret boxtomhugill wrote: ↑Wed Oct 19, 2022 3:45 pmTamiya, oop henglong, deficient, taigen still has turret in wrong place, mato not accurate and a pain to alter, wsn flimsy, aeromate out of reach of most.

I, for one, am glad to see it if for no other reason that it presages the release of the later variants. From the mental health standpoint, it's nice to see another chronologically developed adult male with such unbridled enthusiasm for his topic. It gives me hope.

Re: Andy's Hobby 1/16 vehicles
If his Tiger is as detailed as the Sherman it may make me want to try and mate it to an RC lower. I don't own a Tiger yet, but I do think he has an attention to detail. I haven't gotten that much into German armor since all the tanks seem to take so much more detail work to make accurate. I do have one of his Shermans arriving tomorrow, but of course now there aren't any decently priced Tamiya lowers to attach it to. I may try my hand at 3D printing an HVSS lower, but that project is WAY down the road.

A 1/16 M24 Chaffee tank would be good and maybe a hellcat.
I think it’s enough 16 scale German Armour

Re: Andy's Hobby 1/16 vehicles
Some more lights in general would be good and I wouldn’t say no to a hellcat the problem for me is the only allied TD at the min are mato or kits and none of which are 100%
It’s your tank it’s what you make it
