Haya Chieftain Tank

I have the said tank above, battery fully charged new batteries in transmitter, lights flashing on tank switch transmitter on press start button nothing no red light have checked my other chieftain tank & that’s fine any suggestions was told before it was sent all tested & working

if they are both using the haya 6.3 board try the other transmitter

Or try rebinding
1. Switch on controller
2.Press and hold start key (padlock button heng long controller)
3.turn on tank wait 3 secs

Did you say the red light didn't illuminate on the transmitter?
If that's correct, open up the battery compartment on the transmitter and turn the batteries in situ, making sure they're making proper contact. Not all AA batteries are the same diameter, some get a little stuck in the compartment and don't always make a proper connection at the + end.
