had a change of plan today have fitted tamiya gear boxes will post more pics tomorrow

Hi Septon,

Looking at some pics of the comet. Couldn't help noticing that the idler wheels look very much like PzIII road wheels.
Just thought I'd mention it as it might save you some work.

thanks jhon i thought of that i would have to get two sets  :(  test drove the chassis today it works perfectly the old style tamiya gear boxs work well it runs better than i expected no need to make any adjustments ;D

It's really starting to look the part now.

septon are you going to fit an IR system?

looks amazing so far, this tank is the first of a new generation i susspect! ;D once hl see this they are going to want to employ you lol. or even tamiya with your attention to detail!

yes it will have IR at the moment it has tamiya tiger 1 electronics but it will have elmod
