about 6 months ago I thought I would scratch build a Challenger 2....I've done nout !
Having just read Oztruck's build thread on his Centurion I feel shamed into action.
So I think that I should start and put some of my new skills to use.
I have bought a trumpeter 1/35 plastic kit...measured the model....multiplied by 35...then divided by 16. Now I know its a big tank but it seems massive as a 1/16 scale model.
I will build the hull from ally sheet, and the deck/turret from ply and grp. I have very limited knowledge of these beasties, so I wonder if there is anything in the suspension and wheel department that I can nick and modify from a HL 1/16 tank and use on the Chally

Or will it be better to just buy a modern Panther and convert it as Oz has done with his Centurian.
Or are HL and co. going to bring one out and realy p me off

I would appreciate your comments and advice....Cheers Mike
