I`ll take the comments on board - the wooden ramp did wind me up, it the small things you don`t see at the time then later they stand out so you can never "un-see them"
I`v added a screen shot of the editor I`m using - Hitfilm Express as you can see lots and lots of green screen overlays and the audio section is made up of lots of elements.
Video Track 1 is my recorded video and everything above tracks 2-6 are all the green screen overlays.
