Hello!! My name is Steve and I live just outside of Portsmouth UK. I have been modelling a long time now and enjoy flying indoor and outdoor rubber powered models. I am also into my 3D printing and have built my own printer. At present I am just finishing a 3D printed 1/8 scale 4 wheel drive jeep. Everything is printed apart from the tires and the shocks. Once this is finished I am starting a 3D printed 1/10 scale Comet tank. It will be a long project! I will post updates as I progress the build.
Bye for now....

Hi Steve, Welcome to the Forum
3D printing in large scale means you have a workshop the size of a warehouse
and a bankroll proportionate to it.
All I can do is wish you well and please keep us up to date with your progress

Sounds very impressive Steve!
I'm totally confused by the 3D printing idea, not to mention building your own 3D printer!
More power to ya! Keep us informed how it goes. Glad to have you here with us!
Cheers,
Eric.
