I used a longer axle and spaced it out with washers to move the idler further out from the hull

As mine lines up ok, and this is purely a guess, is there a tiny recessed grub screw that clamps the axle into the idler? If there is slacken it off and move the axle out a shade.

Alternatively, there may be one on the inside that will allow you to move the whole arm out?

Hi Ive had no probblems with allignment just my idler sits to high ? At the moment its the early war version . But Im changing it to the late war one which I beleive has a smaller diameter , wheather this makes a difference . This seems a common thing with Asiatam ( not having a go Rik Im 100% happy with it ).

I made all my axles using shoulder bolts and tapped the control arms, then tightened the set screws. Then after reading your post I have had trouble with one idler wheel sagging and it seems that I have a missaligned wheel also.I think I will remove the idler axles and tap the arm and use a shoulder bolt w/washers for spacing.I will post a picture tomorrow as it is a little late.Sax

Sorry that I have not posted any progress concerning this problem, just have not been able to work on the 1/16 scale Tiger VI lately.Wife's Supra just received a new engine and have been focused on that repair and some mods to the cooling system, and the boss comes first. Now that she is happy and all is well with her car I can spend some time on the 1/16 TIGER VI.Will change tensioner axles tomorrow and see if that changes the sagging idler wheel and tracking.Sax
