I am told that the only major issue with my lee turret is the amount of re-working that needs to be done because of how the mould is made, but this is something I can sort out by getting a good casting reworking the turret then remaking the mould, there is an issue with the hatch hinges not casting properly but that can be easily fixed by filing them off and using a little plasticard, the main gun in the photos as you can see is a plastic tube, naturally a metal one will be supplied with a 6mm bore for bb users, personally for ir users I would do what I’m going to do for mine and buy a 75mm Sherman barrel from mk modelbau, I would like to try and fine some metal 40mm boffors for the secondary gun on the grant/not sure about the lee as not looked into it but so far no joy.

So, I have look at the lee turret maths and measurements on the thread for the scratch build Lee and I come to the conclusion I need to fire up the old cad program make it 15mm bigger and remake the mould

So after doing a casting from my own moulds I decided to buy a vandra kit and dimension wise there is very little in it, which has prompted me to make the decision to sell the moulds as I don’t have the time to do what I need to, the resin will be included so if anyone is interested message me
