I know the 6.1 can run on 3s. Not sure about the 6.0. My 6.1s did everything better on 12v. I noticed the motors didn’t get hot on 12v but on 7.4v they would get hot.

:) No, will not fry, whatever the type of batteries, as soon as the voltage (volts) remains the same, there is no problem. On the other hand for the Lipo, just be careful if equipped with a cut-off system below 3.7 volts (memory?) to protect the battery. Or install an alarm system, otherwise the battery will be destroyed by too low voltage. Don't think that exists on this type of turntable? so be careful!!!

If you plan on using a smoke unit, it will have to be of the V6.0 series-compatible types. Standard ones will burn out at 12.6 v. HL put a warning to this effect in the user manual for TK 6.0/6.1 series systems.
This may also apply to the BB unit, if fitted- although I'm not sure about that.

Voltage converters are cheap. You can also buy smoke units with the voltage converter wired.
