Problems uploading a PDF file to the download section

Post by AlwynTurner »

Can anybody provide advice on what I am doing wrong please?

I am trying to upload the Matilda build manual pdf file (5.9mbytes) to the downloads section and it is not being accepted, despite completing all the necessary fields and selcting the file. It says file not selected or all fields not completed, neither of which is correct.

I'm stuumped!

This is what I copied from the upload screen so it is recognising the file

Name:

Matilda Build Manual

Category:

Other

Description:

Complete instruction manual on how to build the Matilda tank from 3d printed parts or a kit

Matilda build manual.pdf

Is it possible it isn't allowing PDF files?

There's a file limit size on Pdf. file uploads, Alwyn, but I don't think your file exceeds it. Try using a different browser.
Sometimes, I switch from Safari to Firefox when the interactions I expect, don't work properly.
