Heng Long Tiger II

Post by Sabertooth »

I was browsing the Heng Long Panzer shop and noticed this model:

https://heng-long-panzer.de/en/product_ ... no_boost=1

Aside from the price tag, it has that huge IR turret stickin on top of it. Is it removable or is better to opt for a vanilla KT and upgrade it?

the old models were removable, since located in the tank commander's cupola, with a dedicated socket, but prevented the installation of a figurine. Which is not the case here, I would say like the friend "Fred" that this is removable. What's weird? is that just appearing on the KT?

Once upon a time Heng Long made BB Tanks and separate non Tamiya standard I/R Tanks then as I/R fighting caught on especially in the US under Tamiya standard I/R equipment Heng Long stopped making I/R Tanks and standardised on Airsoft,
With the advent of the Version 6.0 and 7.0 boards Heng Long made each Tank in their range both BB and I/R and to a pretty poor but acceptable Tamiya standard,
Does that clear the water or make it even muddier :haha:
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

looking closer, it is specified Heng Long (Amewi), there is also a second same on the page, if you look at Heng Long Torro, you do not have the figurine, and I confirm that the mushroom IR is installed in the tank commander cupola, if you do not wish to use the system? you just have to remove the socket, and the wiring to the plate, to install a tank commander bust
I think it's a modification, to have the tank commander installed,

Another question regarding this tank. Does it has 360º or 320º turret rotation?

Uh, apparently the store said it has only 320º traverse.
