Welcome... most members of my Militaria forums prefer FB, it's a shame as it's useless for keeping track of info like you say...

Definitely a shame, even though FB will delete military themed posts that they deem to go against their so called "community standards" people still insist on staying there.

Good Morning and Welcome!
Great build there on 'In The Mood'.
I built one yrs ago using Mato's 1st Sherman, the old M4A1 76mm WS. Required a different barrel, upgraded Mato electronics ( for some reason, I wanted to keep the BB cannon ) and a Detail Build. Turned out very well for the day. Better options available now for sure. Looking forward to your Build Thread and more Pics of that beautiful Sherman.

Welcome, Dan. I think you'll find it easier to get and maintain, a hobby focus here. I have a FB account, but my only gratification is deleting all the unwanted messages/prompts I get daily, telling me what friends, and acquaintances are doing. It's a bit of a yawn, to be honest.

In all the years I have been a member of this Forum I cannot recall anyone being censured for "Bigging up" Warfare,
We are not into the horrors of mans inhumanity to man.
That does not mean we ignore it but simply it has no place on this forum,
If anyone wishes to express their regret for the loss of a loved one in war then with the greatest respect I would like to place myself somewhere near the front of the queue but this really is not what we are about.

Indeed, I lost a militaria group with over 25k members due to FB being idiots. Can't tell the difference between history and neo-nazis.
