Now I dont know how to do it, but, the Taigen V3 boards are able to support servo's.
BUT, to do so, you need to use an aftermarket transmitter and receiver, plus plug the signals into the positions on the MFU that will then make everything work.
Taigen offers an accessory bag of connectors that make this possible................I have one but didnt know what it was for.
If this is successful, the MG sound/function WILL NOT WORK.

Right...........now someone who knows how to get this to work, please chime in !!

Not quite. taigen boards allow to cennect hobby grade receiver but then stil uses cennections from the board to recoil etc.. Maybe it is possible to program a mix for recoil servo on transmitter.

Yes Mr Bix, it is possible and it's how l did it on my SU-100. With the v3 you have six small sockets down one side of the mfu and Taigen supply a set of leads which fit these sockets. The other end of the leads fit into your hobby grade receiver, channels 1 to 6. You can then use a compatible 6 channel hobby grade transmitter to control the v3 mfu.

You can however mix the output of the receiver so that some channels can be used with other hobby grade attachments, such as servos, electronic switches and so forth. If you buy the bargain SkyFly FSi-6X 10 channel transmitter and receiver bundle from the likes of Bangood you can use the spare channels for all sorts of my functions and cross mix channels so that cannon fire sounds, flashes and recoil can utilise the v3 mfu and your own devices with just one transmitter command.

The transmitter has a 20 model set-up capability so can be used for lots of models and spare receivers, of which there are many FlySky types with various options, are very low cost.

So if I understand correctly? does this mean using a standard transmitter for the V3 board and using additional transmitter channels to control servos? without going through the platinum? did I understand well ?

That's about it. You just need to remember to fit the mfu jumper plug so that it knows it should use the receiver sourced signals. As said above, you will lose the machine gun light and sound but this could be provided by a spare channel controlled flashing led and sound file.

Thank you everyone for your replies.
It is as I suspected, that a standard v3 setup does not support servo motors. BUT if you use a hobby grade transmitter and the taiga jumper lead you can connect your own receiver and servo.

However, if I had a taigen BB recoil tank, the recoil is operated by a servo. Between the servo and the main board there is a small signal converter board to trigger the servo.

So, I was wondering, if my ir recoil unit was servo operated, could I use the taigen signal converter board to trigger the recoil ?
Basically from recoil type A to type B + signal converter. Not sure about the wiring.

What are your thoughts gentlemen

Not exactly the taigen signal converter needs a signal which it gets from the micro switch on the back of the bb gun so you wont get a signal for it to fire as you have no bb gun to trigger the microswitch. if the microswitch uses an earth signal you could possible take the signal from the bb gun earth but will also need to go into the microswitch slot so you get gun fire sound. not tried just an idea also the taigen signal converter is very basic just in. out you would probably be better off using a heng long 6.1 board they are a lot better for creative wiring.

this module is planned to have a recoil by servo on a BB firing system, attached are 2 photos of the connection, for the Asiatam, not sure that it works? In my opinion, I would say no?
here is the principle of connection
1: module power supply, plus/minus 5 volts
2: the black wire alone is taken over (it's a plus 5 volts) on the BB system microswitch

for info, example of realization on a Serman Tamiya, (gun recoil) it is a servo which with a switch, sends + 5 v on the black wire, but this with a standard radio
