Hi
When I built my Tamiya KingTiger the internet in the UK didnt exist.
My tank had been in storage for 33 years I have just got it going, new batteries etc, it doesnt have full options infact pretty basic and the original clutch type gearbox
anyway I'm now thinking of buying a full option kit 56018 seems lovely and now I'm retired a bit of time to spend on it
I posted some pictures of it on a FB forum and it generated some interest so if I can find a place here I will put some on, the only thing it has thats not original is metal tracks, I still have the plastic ones too

Hi Neil,
Impressive that after 33 years it's all there and is still capable of running! You must have stored it very carefully! Good to have you with us. Ask any questions that you have, these guys have seen pretty much everything! Tons of talent on here! Best Forum going IMO!
Cheers,
Eric.
