Hello
Hello
Hello to everyone, that is on here, it's been a while I thought I should introduce myself finally.
I'm from nsw Australia, and I've been into rc tanks since 2010, my tanks include tiger 1, stug iii, a panzer iv, a Sherman and just recently a panther. All been upgraded (except panther and Sherman), and painted with add-ons thanks to all of you guys, with various ideas and photos.
Haven't joined any clubs yet here in Australia, I think I just do the tanks up just for a hobby when I can get some spare time. But might join some in the future.
I think that's me in a nut shell, just thank you again for all ideas and help over the years.
Sam

Re: Hello
Greetings, Sam, from far far away in frostyland. It takes five Shermans for one Tiger or Panther, but are Shermans hard to get in New South Wales? or anywhere in Australia? You need four more Shermans and a Pershing or two. And get a few JS-2s to keep things fair and balanced. Just my useless, money-no-object advice.

Hello Sam and welcome to the Forum!
I thoroughly agree with you about all the help this Forum has to offer! If it wasn't for the guys on here, my Tiger would just be sitting on a shelf gathering dust!
Nice collection you have there. Enjoy yourself!
Cheers,
Eric.

Re: Hello
Welcome Sam!
You are right, this is a great place where you can research the forums for answers and guidance. Moreover, you will find very many people here only to willing to help with specific problems or ideas for your present or future tanking projects
and, if you are so inclined, do feel free to post some of your creations - this lot just love pictures (and so do I)

Hello and Welcome to the forum.
Re: Hello
Thank you to all for the warm welcome, hope this finds everyone on the forum well.
Thank you stu_the_flat it is a nice collection and it is still growing lol.
Will do Lenny, and thank you
As the saying goes jimster to many cats but not enough Sherman's to go around
Herr Dr professor, Sherman's aren't really hard to get here in Australia, just a bit pricey, same with the other models of tanks, bit pricey but you can get them sometimes when they are on special. There's a couple of good places here to get parts and tanks which is always good, sometimes I shop with forgebear, and rc tank legion as well. I treat myself every now and then lol.
I will enjoy myself with my tanks Eric and is so true without these types of forums our tanks would be sitting on shelves it is a great hobby to get into.
Dr phibes so true about this place and everyone has been so helpful and everything is very informative on certain subjects, will have to post some pics when I get the chance
