Re: The Cobbaton Thread
You missed the following morning when Matt, Rob and I assembled and tested one of the AT gunsCan you believe that Ex-Pat was making his own IR baffles for his Elmod using an electric drill, a double bladed holesaw, a compass cutter, and sheets of styrene?
Just a bit of tidying up needed by Paul and Matt (and some new brass barrels from Rob, of course) and they will be ready for the Swindon meet

Re: The Cobbaton Thread
Well guys where do i start :D
fantastic weekend A real big thanks to all who organised/sorted fetched carried and made bits for what was a really memorable weekend
we had dave(forgebear) who we pestered the life out of for various parts/accessories and general bits all day Long (sorry mrs forgebear
)
Rome wasnt built in a day but a tammy leopard (daves)got the septon treament and is now fully operational (just waiting the IR system ;)
) 2Pz3s built nearly complete just minus the leccies By matt(matdragon) and vince (happytanker) who also sorted his K/Tiger limp barrelitis
Matt (septons bro) got a bandy PZ4 from dave and got it running in a couple of hours
Martin (expat) as mentioned before was beavering away at the A/T guns (with battle systems installed)so we and joe public could immerse themselves in the world of I/R battling
Whilst helping out with various other techy issues thrown in matt (Septons bro) also helped with the wiring and install of the A/T gun implacements
Chris (cmryan) fitted a set of asiatam low profile boxes to his tiger
and the battles fought whilst dodging the rain showers which never seemed to dampen anyones spirit (think we were all to busy for that ::)
)
Many Thanks to all who attended the weekend whether it was a day or the full weekend Many many thanks without all of you this wouldnt of been so damn good

was good to meet up with all the guys again and some that have just came to the club hope we made you feel welcome and werent to rowdy
think cobbaton was pleased when we left as someone kept us up till 2:30a.m sat/sun drinking copious amounts of beer and spirits chatting about tanks/builds etc and ermm...... of course it sorta drifted off topic a few times
