Hi Guys
I am thinking of doing some resin casting and am a bit stuck of what resin and moulding stuff to use theirs so many different types out their could someone give me some details of what they use I would be grateful items I will be making are only small ( to start with ) fuel drums /jerrycans etc

Hi If its small stuff look at this GREEN STUFF WORLD BLUE STUFF for the mould and ALTECO EPOPUTTY for the resin .

I use Tomps https://www.tomps.com/specialist-rtv-silicone-rubber/

I mainly use the value silicone, its very good for the price and you get different speed kickers for it red fast and blue slow. It last very well.
I also use the polyurethane resin from them, works out well for me. ! prices are very good
not an expert, just pretty bloody keen

While doing a search on this subject, I discovered that your link is no longer going anywhere. I'm hoping there is another working link and we haven't lost another useful company.

Sorry to say tomps is no longer, Its a shame as I used to buy 25kg at a time.. no place sells it at the prices tomps had so im stuff to buy 5kg at cost increase :(
not an expert, just pretty bloody keen
