English Markings on Stuart tank

Post by mdssecurity »

Hi Chappies, ive just bought a 1/6 Stuart tank with Tamiya DMD full set up, now i want it in BRITISH markings as it has a BRITISH crew, does anyone have any pictures of BRITISH Stuart tanks for me to get the proper markings from to make for mine.

hiya, i also have a 1/6 stuart with a homemade smoke unit and i have also made it a british one but the difficult part is unless you want to do a desert camo job there were very few brit ones around anywhere else. i managed to find a couple of mentions of a very few used in normandy in european olive drab camo but could never find any pics so had to rely on info gained through reading some of my resource books.
if you like i can pm some of the markings to you but by and large its a case of artistic licence over 100% accuracy!  :)
