It's hard to tell without seeing where they on in relation to the rest of the tank

Does this picture help more? I think there under the front grills on the engine deck. I believe thats where the fuel tanks are? On the Bovvy Tiger there seem to be some sort of oil leaking from them?
Im wondering how to model them as I cant seem to get a great picture of them. It looks like a recessed hole with a hex bolt in the middle.

Thanks Woz. I was thinking they were for draining the fuel tanks, but from wherew they are you seem to be right.
