This clip is shown on German Tv every New Years Eve. Freddie Frinton is hardly remembered in the UK, but even now it makes me laugh!

Yea, thats a very funny story. In Danish television we also have the pleasure watching it every New Year. AN I must admit that I watch it every time  :)
