Hi from Oxfordshire
Hi,
I live in North Oxfordshire, UK and I'm relatively new to RC, but I now have some indoor helis, a Tamiya Monster truck, an aeroplane and several hovercraft!
I have now (in the last few weeks) also got into tanks and have the following:
1/24: Unimax 'Forces of Valor' Panzer IV, Sherman & Tiger I (all with IR battle function for other models from this range)
1/72: Waltersons 'Bantamweight' Abrams & T-72 (all with IR battle function for other models from this range)
I've also just set up several groups to encourage/grow participation in the above:

I went and joined the Army some years ago
I have avoided joining organisations ever since apart from Tank Forums

Hello Armour1944,
I almost forgot to add that "u" to armor!
Good to have you aboard. I'm sure you'll find lots of stuff to interest you here. Great bunch of guys, with amazing talent!
Cheers,
Eric.

Re: Hi from Oxfordshire
Hello again.
You seem very keen for someone only being in the hobby for a very short time.
We always welcome pictures of people's armour collection
Personally, I'm particularly interested in seeing and hearing about your Hovercraft, they're something that peaks my interest, especially after going Hovercraft racing many many years ago.

Hi Armour 1944
Welcome,
We share an intetest in hovercraft, also with you Mr Gunner it would appear, i have built several, all scratch built, with some at competition scale level.
Enjoy the Armour side, there is a lot more than just "tanks".
