Several years ago, I bought a 1/16 Jagdtiger partial kit made by "Elite Armor Productions." The cut and details of the individual parts and aluminum lower chassis suggest they were produced from the original Wecohe molds. The kit required the use of certain Tamiya Tiger II parts as did the Wecohe. The slush metal detail parts are not crispy made and are about the same quality as the original Wecohe. I have a Wecohe Jagdtiger and, frankly, I can't tell the difference between the Wecohe and the Elite Armor Productions version.
Can anyone confirm the pedigree of the Elite Armor kit as a descendant from the original Wecohe?

Re: Elite Armor Productions
A quick- but not exhaustive- search on the 'Net, seems to link the names on various websites. Pdfs for various builds (Sturmtiger as one example), suggest that the same instructions apply, whether the product is branded 'Wecohe', or 'Elite Armor'. The Vendor also appears to be contactable through Ebay.com, and so that's one possible means of clarifying the issue.

Re: Elite Armor Productions
Thanks Mr. RecceReg,
I think I know the Ebay site you're referring to. They offer some Elite decal sheets which are, in fact, rather well done as I've purchased from him in the past. It might be worth a direct contact of the site to get some answer to the question.
Thanks again.
