on the Sherman Tamiya, what can be done to improve the mechanical part of the tensioning wheels,

What I had to do is to fit a bigger metal plate inside, so the idler holds well and does not deform the hull.Jofaur86 wrote:Hello![]()
on the Sherman Tamiya, what can be done to improve the mechanical part of the tensioning wheels, and avoid the rotation of the plastic on a metal axle with hellish play? Thank you in advance for your possible solutions
The full option sherman has the idler wheel with no bearing or bushing, just plastic over metal, catastrophic design by tamiya...jhamm wrote:Hello,
the cheap Display-Modells have these plastic on metall wheels.
The FO-Modells have out of the Box wheels with ball bearings.
You need new wheels, axles, bearings and the suspension arms.
Uops, OK! Sorry, lol.jhamm wrote:Hey Rad,
