How airsoft and turret work independently (Ver. 6.0)

I'd like to modify a Tiger I (Ver. 6.0) into a gel blaster tracked robot. The gel blaster therefore is adapted to the airsoft channel, but while it's shooting, the turret can not either rotate or going up/down.

I am wondering if it is possible to modify the 6.0 main board to let the turret and shooting work independently?
