In a fit of pre-Christmas euphoria I just pressed the button on -----

Heng Long Abrams (V6),
My question is what are the best Modifications/Upgrades that owners of this model recommend.

So, Pz IV man has been lured into the modern age, then, Shaun!
Yes, sometimes the 'buy' button is irresistible.
There are already 5 levels of equippage listed, I'm guessing that the V6 is middle order-ish, with bags of potential. Barry's the man to recommend add ons, and enhancements.
The HL certainly is a looker:

Enjoy!. I'm thinking of ordering the Churchill basic kit, from Chris Ludwig, before the December 'deal' date leaves us with extra costs...

I am the (Very)Proud owner of an HG P803A 1/12 8 wheeler Dump Truck which shares the chassis and running gear of the HG 801 Truck and the HG 802 Prime mover,43rdRecceReg wrote:So, Pz IV man has been lured into the modern age, then, Shaun!Yes, sometimes the 'buy' button is irresistible.

I recently bought an HG 5th wheel conversion kit to enable me to change my tipper into an articulated tractor,
Of course an artic is nothing without a trailer and a payload so when the conversion is complete I shall then buy the 1/12 HG 806 low loader (Tank Transporter) hence the Abrams,
By the way all the pictures and U-Tube videos have the 1/16 Abrams as the subject Tank and for all it is a different scale it does look right.
And that is why I am embracing the 21st century,(temporarily

I still have a new Heng Long V6 Tiger 1(Waiting for Dom to deliver the Aber Tiger 1 early Turret Bin) and a couple of PZ4s on the stocks waiting to be converted from Heng Long/Taigens inevitable Ausf F1/G into earlier variants

Re: Heng Long Abrams (V6)
On Monday I ordered from www.rctank.de a Heng Long version 6 Abrams for £200.2,
Today a brown envelope plopped onto the doormat and in it was a message from HMG saying that they had just deposited £200 in my bank account
It is very pleasing to discover that the State to help ease the boredom of lockdown has decided to finance my hobby and rest assured Boris you can be certain that you will get my vote the next time round
