TARR Mk 1 Smoker

Hallo everybody. I have problem with Mega Steam ( Diesel Power)smoking Liquid in Tarr Mk 1 smoker with 2 plugs. I can't see smoke....Battery 7,4 Volt, smoker fan 5V ,Clark TK80 board. Can anyone tell me how much cotton must put in the smoker and how much mega Steam Liquid must put in the smoker ????
