Impressive video.

Between 16 and 25 sec, it look like a scale model... :haha:

My video in 2009 during annual Saumur s scale model show.

It is unbelievable to feel the road vibrate under your feet, and tracks who creak.

Imagine if you had to perform 'parallel parking', for your driving test, in that monster :O :D

At about 1:03 on the first video the tracks are bunching up under the drive sprocket just like my Tiger’s. I was hoping to see that happen on a real tank someday and now I have.
I also use the engine sound from this Tiger II for my Tiger. It sounds more awesome than any other I’ve ever heard. Very husky and strong sounding.

I've always loved the sound of the Maybach in the King Tiger. Almost a haunting soundtrack at times, deep and menacing.

I used to have a house not far from Saumur, even went to the town a few times, but never managed to visit the museum. I've always regretted it. :/
