Will all members please welcome Jimster as a new moderator, you will see that his name now appears in a tasteful shade of green.

We, as a team, attempt to keep a moderator presence online 24/7, to catch the spam postings and keep an eye on things, and to date we have managed to find mods willing to take on the role that give us the cover we need. It's not the most popular job in the world, so we are grateful that he has agreed to join the team, that make the forum the place it is.

Thank you all very much. Although I definitely still feel like a total newbie I realize that I really do owe the forum very much considering all the modeling help, technical assistance and friendly encouragement I’ve taken from so many of it’s members.

See the forum from the moderators point of view. Almost like working behind the scenes at a show, many moving parts every day, each person plays an intricate role and most of the time we forum members never see the inner workings and adjustments that need to be made on the fly to keep this place running smoothly.

Work alongside the guys and make the forum an even better place, I'm sure you will.
