Thanks Martin, I only need a couple so I've just bought 5 pre-wired leads for just over 2 quid now

Re: 2 pin servo cables
It's worth noting that in the RC world, servos use three wires - pos, neg and signal. In the cheap truck world (!) the motors that are used for servos are are simple on/off ones with slipper mechanisms so just two wires. One of the first parts l usually change.

Re: 2 pin servo cables
Hi GJ,
Although i referred to them as 'servo leads' I actually require them for the lighting system on a tk6.1s heng long board which need the 2 pin plugs
Cheers, Lee.

I like to get them like this
https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/ ... gLiVvD_BwE
You can get them in male/male, male/female, or female/female, in different lengths, and you just peel off as many leads as you need. Those things are all over the inside of my Hetzer.

Hi, Lee
I bought loads of those through Ebay, but found that that the breadboard type 'dupont' connectors were handier for the LED connections on the HL V6.0 series boards; if that's what you're after.
I just used them to connect the Convoy Light to my Panther's V 6.0 board, in fact. I also use them- with 3vdc battery packs- for circuit testing.
Here you'll see various types of connector. I ruled the two-pin battery type out, and found the breadboard single-pin types a better fit in the board.
This pack was cheap as chips.
It has Male-Female. (if it's still allowed to use these distinctions-
); male-male; female-female.
I also bought micro JST, and 2.5mm JST union connectors.

Re: 2 pin servo cables
Doesn't the component shop make up leads to any required length. Something to keep in mind. I doubt it would be as cheap as these links, but always good to remember as a backup.
