Before and after on the hl wheel. By no means perfect but I think it will pass.
The idler I’m not sure weather to leave it solid. I have seen a2 with early wheels late idlers so I’m building a theory of applying the same logic to the a1.
I have seen the a2 with presses wheels and spiked idlers as well though so not really helpful

Not at clubs no but at market Harborough show in August I wouldn’t rule anything out with some being on a table. This one though I doubt will be ready by then. I have a memory of the first show we did in Kent where we had a chap come up and have a look, to then walk of saying there was no English tanks on the table.
What amused me about that particular occasion was my firefly was sat on the table, granted it was between my 105 and Pershing and the chap appeared to have an Eastern European accent. So you can imagine the irony.
I only had 5 tanks back then so there wasn’t really that much to go from, there were sharing a table with my dads German tanks though

Well yeah he was and he wasn’t. There where 3 American tanks one with a British gun. Had the firefly been the hybrid on the other hand that could be argued

Nope, a hybrid is just as much American as any other firefly, they just had the same conversions, although the M4A4 had a British engine tweak as well.
