Are there any websites that carry Hooben Parts? Im looking for Elephant parts like sprockets.

Hooben were happy to send me some T-55 sprues and a recoil unit for the cost of postage a few years ago to replace some broken parts but their reputation seems to have sunk lately so I'm not sure if they still do it. Emailing them directly is probably your best bet.
