tamiya panzer 4 headlight
hi all I am about to start working on my preowned panzer 4 and just noticed I've lost the front headlight and mount. does anyone know where I can get a replacement from, I have looked for the shumo one but everywhere is out of stock. i can get the replacement sprue but I am looking around £45 with postage. a lot of money just for a light. any help appreciated

A Tiger 1 headlight will do in a pinch if you are building a Late War Panzer IV. If you are building an early version, there is this: https://www.forgebeartanks.com/store/p2 ... ights.html. The headlights are very similar between the Pz IV and Pz III in the early war tanks. The cover can be removed as well and you can use a clear plastic lens over the led if you are going for a period when blackout covers were not required 100% of the time.
