PZIV bogies?

Post by X82d Pathfinder »

Like so many I have unintended time off and all but confined to my home. Not easy for someone like me. I have started digging out items that have been in storage. After the completion of my M1A1 Sherman Firefly build posted here and a couple of small projects for a friend I haven't really done any RC armor.
I have started the Brumbar build. I noted that the bogies are less than suitable or reliable operation.
Are there any manufacturers out there that offer a good replacement for the Heng Long chassis?
A Commander has to make vital decision on incomplete information in a matter of seconds, and afterwards the experts can sit down at leisure, with all the facts before them, and argue about what he might, could or should have done.- Sir William Slim

Good morning,
I am going to replace the road wheels on my older version HL PzIV with a set of metal ones from Taigen here in the U.S. If you need just the bogie units: Plastic, I would go with the Tamiya set or if you want the HL ones in metal, contact these guys: https://heng-long-panzer.de/en/
regards,
