Re: top gear!
I work with a bloke thats been twice! Just like you he loved it. Is the waiting list to get into the audience still something like 2 years?
I work for the breakdown company that use to covered the old Liana "reasonably priced car" and my sad claim to fame is I was involved with one of the recoveries when it lost a wheel and another one with a burnt out clutch. Think they had 3-4 cars on standby.

Re: top gear!
I seem to recall that David Soul demolished all 4 Liana's when they had him on Top Gear - probably why Starsky did all the driving on that 70's cop show... ::)

Re: top gear!
I love Top Gear and i can imagine its even better live like you say, i thought it was great to see Schuey dressed like the stig and having a laugh with Clarkson, it just shows he is not the arrogant German the press make him out to be, and he's actually a great bloke as well as the best F1 driver EVER

Re: top gear!
Senna was a great driver and a fast driver but i put him behind both Schuey and Prost who were Smart, fast drivers, im not saying Senna is thick or anything but he was'nt as clued up as the above when it came to setting a car up or in Schueys case being involved in the engineering and development of the car, but that is just my opinion im sure their are lots who disagree

Re: top gear!
what i liked about senna was that in school he was told he was gona fail in life and do nothing, but then he became a brilliant and very famous F1 driver! could see him driving into school in his F1 cas and seeing his older teachers and just smile
lol
