Heng Long Tiger l Crystal is stuck.

So my 2013 Heng Long Tiger l Crystal is stuck. I have had this tank for 7 years, almost never used it, recently got into RC tanks again and my Tiger l will not connect to the controller (it is compatible it worked before) so I am guessing there is something wrong with the tank crystal, but I cannot put it out, can anybody help? What are you trying to pull it out of? The controller or the tank?

If you take a look at your confirmation email, it asks you to make a short post in the introductions thread - mainly so that the mods can filter out regular users from the spam bots.

I'm going to assume the plastic wrapper has come off the crystal? In that case you will have to take the Tank apart to get at it. Assuming they haven't changed the design, you will need to remove the tracks to access 6 screws holding the top to the chassis, plus 1 at the front. then the tank should come apart and you can access the receiver board
