Clever stuff, that's something that is almost impossible to do with Openscad, at least not without the level of knowledge that strangely eludes me. :S

It pushing the bounds of my ability with Fusion 360 to be honest - I really don't get much chance to model complex shapes in the day job at the moment as it is, and even garbage like PTC CREO has way more sophisticated surfacing tools than 360's seemingly limited set...

At the moment I'm going down the same road as Vandra have done with their's - using a cheap toy tank chassis as a starter. Depending on how badly the finished article offends my eyes (the road wheels are looking way too small), I might just use the motors and scrap the rest - generating a new track in flexible PLA possibly, or getting another set of Asiatam's Maultier ones.

Brilliant idea and concept. I've always admired these little beasts and built a few in 1/35 scale. Had one with a 75mm gun mounted on back. Following along
Tanks alot....

As predicted, the toy tank chassis offends my eyes...
